What IT packages do you offer?
We offer four types of plan: Business Plans for security and Microsoft 365 setup, IT Support Plans for day-to-day managed support, Security Plans for cyber protection, and Teams Voice plans for business calling. Each is tailored to your business, and our team is available 24/7 for any problems or questions.
How much do your IT plans cost?
Prices are shown on each plan page. IT Support Plans start from £49.99, £44.99 or £34.99 pupm depending on tier; Business Plans from £99.99 pcm (Business Starter) or £199.99 pcm (Business Complete); Security Plans from £11.99 or £21.99 pupm; Teams Voice from £9.99 or £19.99 per user. Business Pro and Teams Pro are priced on request.
Which IT support plan suits the size of our team?
Our IT Support Plans are tiered by team size: IT Care Starter for 1–10 users, IT Care Standard for 10–29 users and IT Care Pro for 30+ users. All include user setup, network management, general IT support, device management, data backups and a monthly IT report. Larger tiers add a dedicated account manager and up to 5 or 10 hours of on-site support a month. Compare them on our IT Support Plans page.
What's included in your Business Plans?
Our Business Plans include security management, Microsoft 365 Defender, cloud collaboration, business email configuration, device management setup, Microsoft Teams setup, and complete protection with a spam filter and Microsoft 365 backup. They come in three sizes, Business Starter (1–9 users), Business Complete (10–20 users) and Business Pro (20+ users), and may require subscriptions. See our Business Plans page.
What do your Teams Voice plans include?
Our Teams Voice plans run your business phone system through Microsoft Teams. Depending on the package, they include call routing and call groups, single or multi-level IVR, tenant assessment and single sign-on setup, and training. Calling ranges from per-minute calls on Teams Starter and 3000 UK minutes on Teams Standard to unlimited UK and international calls on Teams Pro, which also adds AI meeting summaries and free number ports.
